I work with whole plant medicine, natural therapeutics, microbiome testing, dietary intervention, and lifestyle changes to support your vaginal health and you as a whole person, looking at exactly what is going on for you, not just at a symptom, condition or test result. The interventions we use are gentle but powerful, respecting your ecology and supporting your body back to health.

Thorough consultations form the basis of our work together. Through these I get to know your whole health history so we can get to root of what’s going on for you. I may also recommend testing if relevant. I then work out your treatment plan, including herbal medicine. The prescriptions I prescribe are as individual and unique as you are and always respect you as a wholistic human.

When you work with me, we both make a commitment to the treatment plan to get the outcomes you want. Herbs are powerful agents full of complex chemistry, and working with a professional medical herbalist will help you get the best results.

1:1 Consultations with Kathie - Fees:

Initial consultation: 90 minutes: £225

- this includes:

• our 90 min session together;

• all additional, personalised research, as needed;

• a comprehensive, personalised treatment plan, emailed to you after our session.

Follow ups: 1 hour: £150, or 30 minutes £90

- this where we:

• assess your progress;

• discuss any changes or new issues arising;

• make any necessary tweaks to the treatment plan.

Discovery call (if you would like to speak with me before deciding to book an Initial consultation): 15 minutes: £37.50 – redeemable against your Initial consultation

Packages create consistency, provide a decent discount, and create stronger long-term results and support. I have created 2 packages to help you get the very best from your time with me.

Initial consultation plus one hour follow up (to be taken within 6 weeks of the initial consultation): normal price: £375, package price: £333 - suitable for all, but great for those with an issue that’s been going on for months rather than years.

4 × 30 min follow ups (can only be taken following an initial consultation, and within 6 weeks of each other): normal price £360, package price: £321 - really supportive for those who have been struggling for several years.

All consultations are paid for in advance, and booking is only confirmed once payment has been made.

Please bring a list of any medicines or supplements you are on, recent test results and the last 3 days diet diary to our initial consultation.

Herbal medicine, testing and any other recommendations are additional charges.
